Below you’ll find information on how connecting with LINC in each of those three ways. Please keep in mind that we are a small volunteer organization, and these positions are not considered employment. Are you a content creator or artist? Let’s talk.
LINC exists to bring the voices of marginalized and educated or experienced creatives to rise above the noise, and speak your truth. We hope to fill our tiny corner of the web with content about roleplaying and diversity. We’ll soon be contracting staff writers, and we’re always looking for people to write one-off articles, make video or streaming content, or provide original art.

Partner with us for consulting.
We believe that diversity consulting, sensitivity reading, and the practice of proactive representation should be normal, accessible, and expected. We hope to grow our directory of contacts to encompass as many possible areas for sensitivity as possible. We also hope to provide educational resources for our consultants, so that while they teach and educate creatives on representation, we ensure that they are compensated and consistent with modern expectations and practices. We’re still striving to reach those goals, but if you’d like to help us get there, consider partnering with us.
When you partner with us, we will send you opportunities to work with clients for both volunteer and paid diversity consulting and sensitivity readings. Your name is optionally listed on our website so they can contact you directly, or you can keep your privacy, and we’ll email you when opportunities arise. We take no fees for the connection, nor do we dictate your relationship or consulting. We make the LINC —you let your experience handle the rest.
