A Message from the LINC Team to our Amazing Subscribers

After some consideration, the LINC team has decided that going forward we want to move to bi-monthly newsletter releases. We feel that this way we can spend more time working on their content and ensuring that subscribers get even higher quality information. Don’t worry; you’ll still be hearing from us regularly. We’ll have at least six scheduled newsletters every year and will do special editions as needed.

Thank you for being supportive and kind to one another. We cannot wait to move into the next year with all of you.

Your artist name, legal name, or nickname to display as credit on our website & pronouns (optional)
An email where we can contact you
Visual design concept
Character name
200 words or less about why this design aligns with LARPing in Color

Additional Info:

All entrants represent and warrant that all content submitted is the original creative work of entrants.
Submission must not include or show any dangerous behavior or activity or contain content that promotes dangerous activities that may result in injury to oneself or others.
The winning entry, including any variations that have been or will be drawn from it, becomes the intellectual property of LARPing in Color.
Entries cannot have been used by other organizations.

Workshop Series Starts in January 2022

The first of LINC’s Quarterly Workshop Series is Jan 15th, 2022 from 2-3:30 PM EST. The first topic will focus on Unconscious Bias. What is it? Who has it? How do we combat it? The facilitator is Mytrice Allen (she/they).

The Quarterly Workshop Series can be purchased one at a time, or you may choose to purchase all workshops for the 2022 season at a discount. Individuals who purchase the entire season after one or more of the workshops have been completed will receive a link to a VOD of all previous workshops for the season. Supporters of our Patreon at the $10 level will receive a discount, discount codes provided on our Patreon page.

Lawrence is a LARP Runner who grew up south of Atlanta, Georgia and studied performance briefly in college before becoming a private music teacher. Through his passion for live performance and theatrical entertainment, he quickly began exploring as many LARPs as he could, before developing his own mythology-based LARP in 2017. It wasn't long before Lawrence saw the gap in representation for marginalized communities in LARP, and started LINC as a Facebook page. Lawrence now works as a freelance artist while helping as part of the LINC leadership team. He's a technology enthusiast, loves listening to video game lore videos, and spends his free time dabbling in smart home gadgets.
